Dr Frank Ayade Surfaces Two Days After Rumors of Death


Dr Frank Ayade, younger brother to Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State who was rumoured to have died a few days ago has resurfaced the state today, February 9, 2021.

According to paradise news, Ayade flew in from outside the state and was welcomed by many Commissioners and Government Appointees at the Margaret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar.

“He is currently having a warmth reception at the Peregrino”, a source said.

Recall that there were media reports of Ayade contracting COVID-19 and being hospitalised in a Germany hospital. Some even alleged he died after being on a wheelchair for days.

But on Monday, Ayade’s in-law, Mr Eric Anderson in a statement debunked the sickness and dead of the Governor’s brother.

Anderson who is the State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism called the publication as “fake and malicious”.

While extolling the rare qualities of Dr Frank, Eric said, “Amidst this plethora of fake stories making the rounds on social media, Dr Frank remains unperturbed and still carries on his daily activities comfortably

“The public should know that Dr Frank Ayade is a private businessman who naturally would not want to join issues with anyone or be caught in the web of word banter.

“I have spoken with Dr Frank and I have video evidence of a healthy man. So where is this coming from?”

Eric concluded that he speaks on very good authority that: “Dr Frank Ayade is Hale and Hearty and the stories of him been infested by COVID-19 and trapped to a wheelchair is nothing but fake news”

He added that those who wish and pray for the downfall of a man should rather be bothered about the much uncertainty that lies ahead of every man.

G7 Countries pledge to end fuel and diesel consumption by 2030

The group of G7 countries have agreed on a plan to end reliance on fuel and diesel-powered cars by 2030. As part of a comprehensive Green Belt and Road Initiative aimed at providing developing countries with billions of dollars in aids and investments required to curb carbon emissions, the G7 countries also see this initiative as an alternative to China’s belt and road initiative which China has promoted in Africa and developing countries.
