Ortom, Bala Mohammed Reconcile, Embrace Each Other After AK-47 Comments

Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed and his Benue State counterpart, Samuel Ortom have reconciled themselves over comments made on AK-47 handling.

Mohammed had said Fulani Herders have no other option but to carry AK-47 for self-defence because they are being attacked and killed by cattle rustlers.

Governor Ortom on his own responded to his Bauchi counterpart of being a terrorist for saying herdsmen should carry AK-47 to defend themselves.

Ortom also accused Mohammed of being a part of those threatening his life stressing that the Bauchi governor should be held responsible if anything happens to him.

In the private residence of Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, both parties reconciled and embraced themselves.

Governor of Adamawa State Ahmadu Fintiri was also present in the reconciliation process.
